The Underground Chem/Bio Railroad

I have long suspected something like this, only I thought it was carried out by truck convoys: There seems to be some truth to the theory that Saddam, in the last days of his tyranny, moved massive quatities of chmical and biological agents outside what were then his borders to the peaceful, human-rights-loving, and progressive nation of Syria.
