AFTAC Ironman mile 55

...it's one of those days that I doubt that I'll make it. I HURT... I think it's because I used the stupid treadmill. I hat that thing. Actually, as soon as this is over and I run for my annual physical fitness test, I'm SO back in the pool. I need the torso work anyway... now, to waterproof my MP3 player...
