I think you should maybe read it again; apart from the first sentence there’s no editorial comment or spin in there at all, it appears to be straight forward reporting of a study – almost as if the journalist has summarised the press release from the UNC. If anything, I get out of it a reminder of the value of a healthy lifestyle… (Keep plugging away at that Ironman there, CF!)
